Wellington’s Sweet Chilli Sauce

Wellington’s Sweet Chilli Sauce is a smooth, flavourful condiment combining sweetness with a mild chilli kick. It is versatile enough for dipping, drizzling, marinating and cooking, and pairs particularly well with Asian-inspired dishes, snacks and grilled foods. 

Ingredients:

Water, sugar, vinegar, modified maize starch (E1422), dehydrated onion and garlic, chilli (2%), salt, spices, citric acid, and preservatives including sodium metabisulphite and sodium benzoate.

Common Uses:
