Crickley Full Cream Amasi is a traditional South African cultured dairy product with a thick, smooth and creamy texture and a pleasantly tangy, sour taste. It can be enjoyed on its own, served with pap or porridge, used at breakfast, or incorporated into cooking and baking recipes. Crickley describes its Amasi as a traditional household favourite and “The Taste of Tradition.”

Storage Instructions:

How to Use:

Enjoy chilled on its own, pour over pap or porridge, add to smoothies, or use in sauces, marinades, curries and baking. Crickley also specifically recommends Amasi for recipes and features it in a creamy chicken curry recipe.
